Tenant responsibilities

 

Just a quick reminder to our tenants that subleasing a room or your entire property to a third party is illegal under our tenancy agreement. All occupiers must be registered on and be approved by our office to reside in one of our properties. Be aware that a recent case in the courts highlighted the fact that airbnb is classed as a sublease and therefore needs approval from our office as well as the landlord.
