Kim and his wife Chris bought HomeRentals property management in Brisbane, Queensland in October 2006. After many changes and a lot of hard work, the core principals of HONESTY and INTEGRITY are beginning to grow throughout their Service Offering.  Come and meet them and their team.

Kim has over 6 years experience as Principal Licensee. A varied background includes being an Airline Pilot. As an honest and sincere person, with an attention to detail, HomeRentals Queensland is flourishing under his guidance. His commitment is building a business based on the core values of Trust and Integrity. A service value second to none is his priority.

Chris has over 11 years experience in Property Management. Along with her Husband Kim, they have been successful in creating a business based on simple  values of honesty and integrity. As office manager, she has endeavoured to create a family atmosphere, a place people enjoy. A family woman with 2 teenage sons, her commitment is to creating a service value second to none.

Debbie joined HomeRentals Queensland in April 2007. With a wealth of experience working in the local area, she has also earned her Real Estate Principals License. As a hard dedicated worker, she is the engine behind a well organised and run office. A family woman with a young daughter, she is committed to creating a no-nonsense approach in dealing with the daily tasks involved with Property Management.

Rhianna is the longest serving member of  HomeRentals Queensland . A country girl at heart, she has mastered the day to day running of the office and is an integral part of the Team. In 2009, she earned her license to become a property manager and continues to increase her expertise in all areas. Committed to the core principals of honesty and integrity, she adds a youthful fragrance to our office.

Jill joined our team in late 2010. After some intensive training, she has completed her REIQ property manager's course with flying colours. Married with 2 young children, she brings another dynamic of stability and maturity to our office environment. 

Kiely joined Homerentals Queensland in early 2012. Having recently arrived from New Zealand to reunite with extended family, she brings her previous experience of 10 years as a customer service representative to the forefront when dealing with both landlords and tenants. She has gained her real estate license in record time and has seamlessly joined our team of experienced property managers.

Rowan joined HomeRentals Queensland in early 2013. She quickly gained her Real Estate License and is now embedded in our growing family of property managers. She brings with her a no nonsense attitude and a wealth of customer service experience having served as a policewoman in New Zealand. Her mature attitude and quirky sense of humour adds a great vibe in our office.

Penny has joined the team at HomeRentals Queensland as our 'go to girl". Our office has grown substantially over the past few years and the need for someone to fill in during holidays and high work times has become a necessity. Penny brings with her a mature and no nonsense attitude and works well within our team.

Sam joined our team in mid 2012 and heads our front desk. As a receptionist, she is learning new skills daily as well as also having earned her real estate license. She brings   an energetic and youthful demeanour to our office.
